Northern Harrier it is
Thank you for all the responses here & on Twitter to yesterday's post asking for ID help.
One expert birder suggested "very pale or immature Broad-winged hawk." The majority went with Northern Harrier.
After examining photos & videos on MOU's galleries , I'm inclined to go with the majority. Northern Harrier it is! But then, I could be wrong. :o)
