on the way to Waubay, SD
I was met by a mixture of sun & rain on my way to the Waubay NWR. This is Hwy.12 crossing Rush Lake. When I got to the Refuge, it was closed -- probably due to the severe wind-storm a few days earlier.Monday, September 1, 2008
